Alyson: creating routine and embracing the journey
I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life.Ā I joined Weight Watchers... Iāve tried everything from keto to running to intermittent fasting. It just doesnāt stick. IĀ made this investment in myself to support me becoming a healthy person.Ā I foundĀ something I can maintain for the rest of my life!
I love going in my closet and picking out Clothes. Everything seems to fit now and I feel confident!

Janielle: from "constant yo-yo-er" to consistent AF
Almost a year postpartum, Janielle really felt the affects of quarantine and lockdown. She described herself as a "serial fat dieter" and had tried all of the big name diets and workout programs. She was also impatient for results and quit everything within a few days because results weren't coming fast enough.
8 weeks later, she has completed over 30 workouts and has been able to stick to her flexible nutrition program, even during her baby's 1 year birthday party, because nothing is off limits and she feels empowered by her personalized program.

Brandie: more than just fat loss
Brandie was already lifting regularly and trying to track macros when we started. Se wanted to see true body composition changes, while becoming a strong badass in the gym! By personalizing her routine and getting specific about her weekly progressions, she did just that! Lost body fat and increased her 1 rep maxes on ALL her big lifts.
Lindsey: losing weight, but gaining control & food freedom
Lindsey was stuck in a terrible cycle..."eat as little as possible all day, then go off the deep end in the evening" #relatable. She was already really active and eating mostly healthy food, but felt totally out of control in her habits. She was looking for simplicity and results.
We dove into a 5 week Nutrition Intensive. It included bringing up her daily calorie amount so she wasn't starving (then binging) and tackling some of the demons, aka impatience and unrealistic expectations, that haunted her until now.
Here's what she said on a recent check in: "As I’m reflect this morning I realize a few things. 1) control. I haven’t had the out of control feeling that causes 2) cravings. Because I haven’t felt hungry I’m not wandering to my coworkers office at 3pm to eat candy, etc. 3) consistency over the weekend. I’ve been treating the weekends like every other day. This is a MAJOR difference. For years I would lose 2 lbs during the week and gain 3 lb over the weened. Rinse. Wash. Repeat. I saw Friday-Sunday as my “reward” for not eating during the work week. 1 glass of wine turned in to 4 + nachos + a bag of chips.š¤·š»āļø Then i would feel TERRIBLE on Sunday. And start the restricting game on Monday. 4) Planning. I would “use” MyFitnessPal, half-assed. I would track from 7am-6pm to make sure i was eating verrrrrrrrry low calories and then stop after that and god knows what happened in the evening. I also wasn’t planning anything before hand. I’ve gotten pretty adept at planning the last few weeks. I plug in lunch and dinners for the week and then fill in snacks. I eat the same breakfast everyday. It works for me."

Debbie, 52 - reclaiming her fitness!

She learned how to feed herself properly, on a small budget with minimal time and equipment. She broke her addiction to soda and fast food, and she stepped into a gym for the first time! By the end of her coaching experience, she was a badass gym babe, and ready to enter post grad life!

When Maria and I met, she was doing a big-name supplement line that had her choking down bars and shakes and feeling terrible. We sat down for a nutrition consult, clicked right off the bat, and completely overhauled her approach to nutrition fitness.

Heather: Ditching extremes, and focusing on balance!
Heather started her program after years of yo-yo ing around in extreme, restrictive diets. Over the course of the last year, she had gained serious weight and lost touch with any sense of balance and consistency in her diet and exercise.
Together, we focused on sustainable nutrition, balanced treats, and building up her endurance and strength. By then end of our 4 months together, she has ditched unhealthy coping habits and is craving physical activity. Still going strong!
